Message other than that the base boost might be higher. Let's say the locking nut on the acutator arm is removed to gain few threads, so the overall length of the actuator arm is shortened by few threads, as a result the base boost pressure has increased 1psi. This was done to fight wastegate flutter and surge, would this change pretty much everything that the entire powerband would shift slightly? Thanks.
